Things to know

Parking: Separate monthly cost not included in rent. Budget roughly $150–$200/mo for a garage space. The waterfront location makes car ownership optional if you use Brightline or rideshare.
Community Programming: Flow is built around curated resident events, think rooftop socials, fitness classes, and pop-up experiences. If you want a quiet, anonymous building this is not it.
New Building: Delivered in 2024. Expect minor early-stabilization friction, elevator calibration, package room procedures still being refined. Give it 6 months to fully settle.
Waterfront Units: West-facing units get sunset views over the water. East-facing units face the city. Ask to tour both orientations before deciding.
