Construction noise is a current reality: Surrounding blocks are still developing. Request a north- or east-facing unit on a higher floor to minimize daytime construction noise.
Get parking details in writing: Parking pricing isn't published, reviews call out limited transparency. Ask for the monthly rate and any guest/EV surcharges before signing.
