- Noise: Lower floors facing SW 1st St get standard downtown traffic noise and occasional construction. Upper floors and bay-facing units are significantly quieter. Ask to tour above the 20th floor.
- Dual Pools: The 15th-floor amenity deck has two separate pools, one bay-facing, one river-facing. The bay pool gets morning sun, the river pool gets afternoon. Plan accordingly.
