Downtown 5th
Melo Group's massive dual-tower workhorse. Over a thousand units means this place runs like a small city, you get the skyline views, the transit access, and the price point, but you also get elevator lines and the occasional growing pain. The floorplans are practical, every unit has a balcony, and you can't beat the location for the money. Just don't expect boutique vibes.

Things to know
- Elevator Wait Times: 1,042 units across two towers sharing elevator banks. Morning rush between 7:30 and 9 AM means real waits. Plan an extra 5 to 10 minutes into the morning commute.
- Parking: Covered garage available. Pricing varies, contact leasing for current monthly rates. Street parking is not realistic in this area.
- The Value Play: One of the most affordable true high-rises in Downtown. Studios start around $2,050.
- Building Scale: With over 1,000 units, this is a high-density environment. Hallways and common areas can feel busy.
- Infrastructure: Early residents reported power grid issues during the stabilization phase. These have largely been resolved, but worth asking the leasing office about current status.
